*LITTLE SCALLYWAG KIDS AREA*

 

This year we're putting lots of energy into again improving our facilities for children and are busy recruiting new workshop and activities for 2022. We've got a highly skilled and dedicated core team of inspiring people offering imaginative workshops and creative play. In 2019 these included Juggling, Sundial Making, Bubble Workshop, Rocket Making and Launching, Shadow painting and games, Story Telling, Native Hoop, Ukulele Songs, Puppet and Print Making. We have a beautiful Scallywag Kids Marquee and a selection of toys and games for free play so kids at the festival have their own dedicated space within which to be inspired, interested and engaged. 

 

Our Kids Crew come from wide backgrounds and include a STEM teacher, a Fine Artist, a Music Teacher, a Nursery Teacher and a Play Worker with extensive experience in running festival childrens areas and juggling workshops so all the Scallywag Kids will be in safe and experienced company. We are again planning to screen a selection of vintage kids films over the weekend too.

There's lots going on in our intimate kids space and we've limited the amount of kids tickets available to make sure that everyone has the opportunity to participate in everything so get your tickets soon if you want your family to enjoy all that the festival has to offer.

Kids tickets have reduced in price in 2022! They are just £20 (+BF) for 5-12 year olds and under 5s go FREE!
